Celebration of Community Peacemakers 2018

Men As Peacemakers CCP 2018

It’s that time of year again! Men As Peacemakers is hosting their Celebration of Community Peacemakers in June! Last year, we branded the event by designing their poster, program, as well as other print and digital elements. Well, we’re back at it! We’ve been working with them to brand their event and help get folks get connected to their fundraiser. This year we chose a design that highlighted elements of community and gave the material a more welcoming feel.

The Life, The Work, The Fight

Through the month of February, Zeitgeist Arts Cafe hosted Black Duluth in History: The Life, The Work, The Fight. We played an integral role in shaping the exhibit.

The exhibit was a visual representation of an oral history project that started a couple of years ago. The project was supported by the Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial Committee and led by Heidi Bakk-Hansen. We worked to curate and design the show; creating a compelling exhibit for folks to engage.

Freedom Fund Dinner

On February 23, 2018 the Duluth Branch of the NAACP held their Freedom Fund Dinner. The dinner was an opportunity for the branch to raise awareness, spirits, and funds. It was the first time the dinner has been held in over 20 years. The dinner was emceed by Romona Marozas and organized by the Freedom Fund Committee. Terri, our Creative Director, played an integral role in planning the event. As an organization, we also designed all the print and digital material to help promote and brand the event.

Before the launch of their media campaign, we reconstructed their 12 values to fit into 6 themes, which coordinated with their logo elements. We worked with them to […]
