In collaboration with the University of Minnesota Duluth, we undertook their branding for the Shades of Africa Festival.
Shades of Africa Festival
Shades of Africa is an annual festival celebrating African heritage at the University of Minnesota in Duluth. Our designers created outreach material (print and digital posters, postcards, etc.) with the goal of attracting students & community members alike to come & enjoy the festival.
About the Design
Miska Abdel-Magid, our designer, played a pivotal role in creating the visual narrative for the festival. Bringing imagery to the Shades of Africa Festival involved creating bright and colorful graphics to express the variety and liveliness of the event.
