Match the Hive
Recently we were one of 18 businesses involved in supporting
Pollen. Pollen is a Minneapolis based nonprofit that “invests in human connection to fuel momentum for social change.” We gave a financial gift during their “Match the Hive” campaign for
Give to the Max Day. We were excited about the opportunity to support such an amazing organization. Because of our donation, we were featured on their site. Since we aren’t in Minneapolis, we picked our own locally based photographer,
Nemuel Nyangaresi, for our feature.
Pollen’s Story
Founded in the belief that change comes from being in deeper connection with a robust and diverse network of humans, we share stories of individuals that reveal how interconnected we truly are, we host events where essential conversations happen, and we link people to personal and professional opportunities. Started in 2009 by Lars Leafblad to take professional community building to a new level, Pollen uses moments of connection and visceral storytelling to inspire and grow ideas. We transform complex, world-changing ideas into visuals and narratives with custom art, graphic design, and the principles of good storytelling — creating accessible, shareable content that inspires action. We serve and engage a network of 10,000+ Pollenites who work to make a positive impact in their community, who network with a purpose, who tackle thorny issues, and who embrace their civic responsibility.
