This is a workshop we led at the UWS Student Affairs Spring Leadership Conference. The abstract was as follows:
When folks feel an inability to identify as themselves at work, it negatively affects how they engage in the space as a teammate. You, as a leader, can directly affect positive change by initiating more inclusive behavior. This workshop will help you identify ways in which your workplace culture may be closed and how design and prototyping can help you and your colleagues create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
