Meet us at Sharp Signs for a quick trip out to William O’Brien State Park in the scenic trail run Saint Croix River valley.

7 AM – Meet at Sharp Signs, we’ll have coffee at the shop and have chartered transportation from the sign shop to the trail head.

8 AM – Roll out towards William O’Brian State Park! If you’ve arranged your own trasnprtation, meet at the lower parking lot (closest to the river).

9 AM – We’ll huddle for a stretch and to chat through logistics before heading out on a trail run led by Tyler at North Coast Running before heading out on a 6 – 9 mile run.

11 AM – Lunch and head back to the Twin Cities.

This trail course is challenging including technical terrain and elevation gain and loss, but our pace will remai oriented towards a comfortable, conversational run pace. Walking is welcome.
